Knife Plano to Host Two Unique Pairing Dinners in January

Knife Steakhouse in Plano will host two unique pairing dinners in January that you won’t want to miss. The first, taking place on Wednesday, January 18th, will feature a selection of whisky’s from Lochranza Distillery, while a Greek wine paired dinner will celebrate Greek Culture with a four-course pairing dinner on Wednesday, January 25th.

‘Robert Burns Day’ Whisky Dinner

Wednesday, January 18th 6:30pm-8:30pm $125 per admission

The four-course menu will feature:

Woodfire Grilled Quail Frisée Salad

Robert Burns Single Malt

Swordfish and Broccoli Rapini

Arran Barrel Reserve

44 Farms NY Strip Au Poivre with Potato Pave

Arran 10 Year

Whiskey Bread Pudding

 Arran Port Cask Finish

Greek Wine Paired Dinner

This dinner will feature whisky’s from Lochranza Distillery, and the second dinner will celebrate Greek culture with carefully paired Greek wines
