An Evening with Bedrock Wine Co. at Nuri Steakhouse — Wednesday, May 7

Join us for an extraordinary night of wine, cuisine, and conversation as Nuri Steakhouse hosts Morgan Twain-Peterson, Master of Wine and Co-Owner of Bedrock Wine Co., for an exclusive tasting dinner on Wednesday, May 7 at 6 PM.

This rare event offers a chance to experience the critically acclaimed wines of Bedrock Cellars, paired with a thoughtfully curated four-course menu from Nuri’s acclaimed kitchen. Guests will also enjoy the privilege of hearing directly from Morgan—one of the most influential voices in American winemaking—as he shares insights into the heritage and future of California’s iconic old vine vineyards.

Named a Master of Wine in 2017, Twain-Peterson is among an elite group of fewer than 60 MWs in the U.S. In 2020, Bedrock Wine Co. was named Winery of the Year by Antonio Galloni’s Vinous, a testament to its role in preserving some of California’s oldest, most storied vineyards.

The evening begins with a reception featuring the 2015 Under the Wire Hirsch Pinot Noir Sparkling Wine, complemented by a duo of hors d’oeuvres: Jumbo Lump Crab Cake with gochujang aioli and Wagyu Dumplings with herb cream and summer truffle.
