
This week, Deep Ellum welcomes its newest addition, Ebb & Flow. The gorgeously-designed restaurant is open now for dinner, with lunch service starting September 30 and brunch beginning October 5. It comes from Crafted Bar Concepts (Shell Shack, Sushi Marquee, Back9), and is the first venture from brothers Dallas Hale and Eric Bradford, along with his wife, Laura, and Whitney Barlow, co-owner of Bomb Factory, Canton Hall and Trees. While Hale was busy building a successful bar and restaurant portfolio, Bradford worked in the music scene for a decade, managing top-tier venues like the Bomb Factory and Trees.
