Fred’s Texas Cafe in Fort Worth is excited to officially announce the promotion of a long-time member of the Fred’s family to the newly created position of head chef, Fabian Alvarado, who’ll oversee both locations. Chef Fabian is no stranger to the FW dining scene. He began cooking on the chuckwagon in 2015 with Quincy Wallace and he has previously cooked at LaPerla, Bearded Lady, LeCep.
