Interesting week in the DFW nightlife scene as popular uptown spot Aura has been sold to a new group, owner Avi Adri has posted on Facebook to be sure and keep your eyes open for his next venture an invites everyone out next weekend for the ” Last Dance” at Aura.
Over on the Lower Greenville area, the ever popular location among SMU kids Zephyrs caught on fire late Monday night from what is being reported as an electrical fire,no word yet if it will reopen.
Also on Greenville the construction has begun to widen the sidewalks and make the streets just two lanes for what will open that area up to new types of businesses when the new rezoning takes effect in September.
Downtown nightclub Plush has a new rooftop patio with a great view of the skyline and is now kicking off happy hours on Fridays from 5-9pn with music by Crave DFW’s own DJ Bryan C.
Its sad to hear of a location catching fire like that. Hopefully, no one was injured during the fire.
