Historically, oysters were thought of as a delicacy, but since the 19th century, these tasty bivalves have been more approachable for the average person.

From Nov. 7-20, Fish City Grill and Half Shells locations are celebrating this seafood specialty by bringing back their beloved OysterFest menu. Diners can enjoy an expanded array of featured oyster preparations including some old favorites, new dishes and classic specialties.

Fish City Grill Serves a “Cup of Hope” to Benefit Tornado Victims

We have found another restaurant that has stepped up to help the victims of the recent deadly storms in the Dallas area. Fish City Grill and Half Shells restaurants are instituting a “Cup of Hope” program to benefit those affected by the recent tornadoes and storms in North Texas.

For every cup or bowl of gumbo, chowder, jalapeno soup, or bisque sold at participating restaurants, Fish City Grill will donate $1 to the Cup of Hope program. The money will be donated to First Responders, local shelters and local charitable organizations that will use the money most effectively.   Continue reading
