Carl Murray Appointed Exec Chef At Nobu Dallas

On Friday, May 30, to celebrate Chef Carl Murray and the restaurant’s 10 year anniversary, Nobu Dallas will host a special happy hour event open to all from 5 to 7pm. While Friday happy hour at Nobu is always a lively start to the weekend, this event will truly delight with complimentary Nobu Dallas signature dishes including smoked duck breast skewers with vanilla yuzu miso, wagyu shortrib skewers with chili soy, and seared scallop skewers with chimmi churri salsa.   Continue reading
