Cooking with Love

Crave had the opportunity to speak with Damon Crow last night.  He is better known around Dallas as DC, as in DC’s Café which was named best Soul Food in the Dallas Observer 2 years in a row.  We joined him for his Soul Food Throw Down he held at Lee Harvey’s.   Serving to a sell-out crowd, the Throwdown offered all-you-can-eat ribs, Cajun catfish sliders, brisket sliders, fried, & grilled pork chops, mac & cheese, black eyed peas, collard greens, candied yams, homemade biscuits, and pound cake…need we say more?
