Dea, the coastal Italian hotspot that’s the third concept from Lynae Fearing and Tracy Rathbun’s FAR Hospitality, is excited to announce Sunday Brunch at Dea. Beginning Sunday, September 24 Dea’s new brunch menu will be served from 11AM to 3PM.
The menu, created by Far Hospitality’s culinary director Roman Murphy, includes highlights such as a bacon and egg flatbread with Nueske’s peppered lardon, pecorino cream and truffled soft scrambled eggs; lemon ricotta french toast topped with lemon curd, whipped ricotta, vanilla maple syrup and berry agrodolce; and the Ciao Bella, a refreshing cocktail made with Tito’s Vodka, lemon juice and blackberry hibiscus syrup.
Classical flamenco guitarist Ruben Martinez will play live from 12-3 PM on September 24 and October 1 and a rotating roster of musicians will play each Sunday.
“We are so excited to bring Sunday brunch to Dea,” says Far Hospitality co-founder Tracy Rathbun. “Sunday afternoon meal has always been an important part of our lives and we want to share that with our guests.”
Far Hospitality culinary director Roman Murphy adds “I think everyone will like our play on classics, as well as our original dishes. One of my favorites is the pommes rosti with smoked salmon, whipped Boursin, and crispy capers, which is our play on the brunch favorite bagel and lox.”
Dea is located at 7709 Inwood Road, Dallas, 75209.
