Garrett and Chef Case Crawford will lead an unforgettable guided experience featuring six unique Brooklyn beers expertly paired with five Louisiana-inspired courses.

Garrett Oliver is the brewmaster of The Brooklyn Brewery, the author of The Brewmaster’s Table, and the Editor-in-Chief of The Oxford Companion to Beer (Oxford University Press). In 2014 Garrett was the recipient of the James Beard Foundation Award for “Outstanding Beer, Wine, or Spirit Professional.”

This latest café, situated within the company’s roastery, will offer customers traditional café offerings, experimental menu items for guests to sample and views of the inner workings of the roastery.
