That’s because you can use a ghost kitchen and have them prepare the dishes for you. All they need are the ingredients and recipes and they’re good to go. You can also rent kitchen space and run the whole thing yourself if you want to.

Bringing together some of North Texas’ most beloved jazz and blues artists, the 5th Fair Park Blues & Jazz Festival gets underway Labor Day weekend on Saturday, Sept. 4, from 4-9:30 p.m. at the African American Museum, Dallas. Proceeds benefit the museum’s youth educational program. The festival is dedicated to Fort Worth native Opal Lee, the 94^–year-old activist who successfully led the decades-long campaign to make Juneteenth a national holiday.
