Hopdoddy Burger Bar opened its Addison doors Monday, September 29th, and is the latest transplant from Austin, Texas. Hopdoddy serves all natural beef ground fresh daily in its own grind room and cuts Kennebec spuds for their fries on premises.

The McKinney Avenue location is located across the street from Del Frisco Grille at 3227 McKinney. Hopdoddy was created to express the union of burgers and beer: Handcrafted Beer (Hop) + (Doddy), the nickname given to the native cow in Aberdeen, Scotland.
