We have written about chef Andre Natera at the Fairmont Hotel numerous times and this man deserves all the accolades that we could possibly bestow on one chef. He has this fun terrace garden that is sprawling around the pool area. Natera has a green house that is set up for more than just show. It was a pretty decent culinary weekend for me. Most every Saturday and Sunday I am working the Dallas by Chocolate tours where I am acting tour guide. This is a pretty good way to glide through four or five food destinations in just a few hours, grabbing samples and ideas along the way. For the most part this has been just chocolate and pastry destinations, but look for more savory destinations soon. I will be assembling some mystery tours and hitting some of my favorite hidden gems through out the city. How fun is that?
