You are what you eat as they say and so what you put in your mouth that then goes into your stomach is a direct reflection of who you are now and the person that you will become in the future. This is why it is so important to make sure that you eat a balanced diet and you include many different food groups into it so that you get all of the necessary nutrients and vitamins that your body needs to perform every single day.
