Al Biernat’s North Presents An Evening with Bledsoe Family Winery

Al Biernat’s North is excited to present an evening with Bledsoe Family Winery on Sunday, January 14 with NFL quarterback, Drew Bledsoe, in attendance.

The evening will begin with a reception at 6:00 p.m. where Drew will share his passion of his highly acclaimed unique wines of the Walla Walla Valley in Washington where he grew up. “It is unlike anything in the world,” Bledsoe said. “Having a career in the NFL was the realization of a childhood dream, but somehow, I couldn’t deny the pull of my roots back to my hometown. My wife Maura and I are excited to celebrate this special place with you by sustainably crafting the purest expression of it with each vintage.”

Dallas restaurant Al Biernat’s has been known for being “More Than a Great Steakhouse” for the past 25 years. One of the pillars that has led to this saying is their award-winning wine selection. The often-named best steakhouse has become well-established for having an exceptional wine list and pairings, thanks to its veteran sommeliers.

The men behind the selections are Brian Hardin and Miguel Arias. Hardin serves as Wine Director Sommelier at Al Biernat’s North, and Arias serves as Wine Director Sommelier at the Al Biernat’s Oak Lawn location.
