Kenny’s Burger Joint Locations Celebrate 15 Years with Free Loaded Cheese Fries

It’s said that there is no such thing as a free lunch, but Chef Kenny Bowers says there are free cheese fries. In celebration of the 15th anniversary of his iconic Kenny’s Burger Joint, Bowers and team are offering a free, full-sized order of loaded cheese fries to every table in the restaurant. The Kenny’s Burger Joint birthday celebration will run from Monday, Jan. 22 through Thursday, Jan. 26 from 11 a.m. – 9 p.m., and the free cheese fries are available during both lunch and dinner for dine-in guests.

Valentine’s Day at the Dallas Fairmont

Fairmont Dallas has made a change to their programming for Valentine’s Day and is now offering the following delicious menu options on Friday, February 9, Saturday, February 10, and Wednesday February 14. 

Pyramid at Fairmont Dallas will offer a martini bar featuring a Raspberry Martini, Chocolate Martini and Espresso Martini and limited edition plates including Texas Wagyu Tartare, Alaskan Halibut, Mille-Feuille, and more on February 9th, 10th, and 14th from 5-11pm. Menu prices range from $16-$52. Reservations can be made on OpenTable.

Jaquval Brewing Company is now open in Bishop Arts

Amy Wallace Cowan and Jason Roberts have spent more than 15 years creating the Bishop Arts District’s famous street parties and are the masterminds behind Oddfellows, a cafe; Revelers Hall, a jazz bar; and AJ Vagabonds, a retail store. They are excited to now bring Bishop Arts a new nanobrewery and pub (Jaquval) and deli (Trades) to enhance the district’s current retail offerings. Located at 312 W. Seventh St. in Bishop Arts, Jaquval and Trades are a two-part business with nanobrewery Jaquval occupying the larger share of the building.
