Limited New Premium Wagyu Burger at The Saint

Recently opened on lower Gaston Avenue, The Saintan Italian-inspired steakhouse with an emphasis on Texas ingredients, announces its special but limited offering at the bar – the new Premium Wagyu Saint Burger. 

Created by Executive Chef Jacob Williamson, the8 oz. Honor Wagyu Beef is paired with black truffle dijonnaise, smoked tomato-onion marmalade, aged Fontina Valle D’Aosta cheese, with petite arugula and fried leeks dressed in a shallot vinaigrette.

The Douglas, the neighborhood restaurant located in Snider Plaza serving elevated Texas cuisine, celebrates its 1-year anniversary with the launch of an updated menu and a celebration on Wednesday, June 7th. 

On the inspiration for The Douglas, owner Doug Pickering says, “Growing up in the Park Cities area, Snider Plaza has always been a place I’ve spent a lot of time with my friends and family and somewhere that’s always felt like home to me. The team behind the West Dallas restaurant district, Trinity Groves Restaurant Group, is thrilled to announce that their newest concept Temakeria “Japanese Temaki Style Sushi” will open its doors on the May 16, 2023.
