Little Ruby’s Announces Dallas Debut, Opening Monday, February 2 

After more than two decades as a neighborhood favorite across New York City, Little Ruby’s—the original concept from Wish You Were Here Group—is expanding beyond the East Coast. The restaurant will open its first out-of-state location in Dallas’ Uptown neighborhood on Monday, February 2.

Founded in 2002, Little Ruby’s will debut at 23Springs, 2305 Cedar Springs Rd., Suite 150. The concept is known for blending Sydney’s relaxed coastal culture with New York City’s vibrant energy, delivering warm hospitality, fresh dishes, and a polished yet approachable all-day dining experience.

Tortilla Soup simply screams Dallas, and the king of the Tortilla Soup is none other than Dean Fearing who picked up the task while serving as Mess Sergeant at The Mansion on Turtle Creek.  We have witnessed the making of this soup, and let’s just say it is far easier to mosey into the Ritz-Carlton than actually produce the soup yourself.
