Kaboom Town Fireworks July 3rd – Win VIP Passes!

For those new to North Texas we have a tradition for our celebration of July 4th that has actually made worldwide news. The Kaboom Town fireworks is considered in the top ten of Independence Day displays in the nation with over 1,500 pounds of fireworks, a celebrated airshow with warplanes and air acrobatics, food, carnival fun and so much more. People around town have their favorite spots, including a variety of restaurants such as Chamberlain’s Fish Market Grill where chef Richard plots out space on his parking lot for an optimum view replete with a special 3-course dinner with a view that always sells out.  Continue reading →

Addison’s Kaboom Town Is July 3rd, Win Special VIP Access!

Summer 2014 marches along and the heat is turning up a few degrees each day. This can only mean it is time to celebrate our nation’s birth with family picnics and outings. One of the biggest celebrations in the North Texas area is Addison’s Kaboom Town this July 3rd. This is one of the country’s best fireworks displays, and the crowd swells even larger as the years go on. The City of Addison has new policies in place to alleviate some of the traffic and over-crowding by offering a limited supply of tickets to anyone who cares to join the fun on the grounds within the barricade where food, drinks and music will be offered.  You may grab your free tickets at their website.

For the rest of humanity, the many restaurants that measure across Belt Line in Addison will offer their own special parties and prime seating. You will want to scope out those restaurants for reservations individually. One of the best seats can be found at Chamberlain’s Fish Market. Call them for more information at 972.503.3474. Not quite finished with your fix for fireworks after Kaboom Town? Want to feel extra patriotic this year? Independence Day is upon us and we plan to celebrate in grand fashion, which means the staff can sleep in tomorrow, hit the lake and hopefully work on that much needed tan. In the mean time we will all no doubt be celebrating tonight to get a head start on the party and fireworks. Addison’s Kaboom Town provides one of the most spectacular shows in the area, and is ranked one of the top in the nation.

We give all the fun details about the choreographed music and band stands set up in Addison, but we also wanted to share with you today some of the best views to watch the airshow and fireworks. You will want to head out early and stake your claim to a sweet spot. Kaboom Town In Addison Contest — Updated Winners Announced

Kaboom Town is one of Addison’s premier parties that celebrates Independence Day on July 3rd each year. This one day leg up on the celebration gives families and extra day of hoopla and fireworks. Speaking of fireworks, the 30-minute musically choreographed show in Addison is one of the largest and most spectacular in the nation, and it is in the backyard of 170 restaurants. This makes the show the perfect place to roost and watch.

The fireworks show is presented by Time Warner Cable and choreographed to music with a live radio simulcast on 100.3 JACK FM and TXA 21.          Continue reading →
