Legacy West will host its 5th Annual Fat Tuesday Parade on February 17, bringing a festive yet family-friendly Mardi Gras celebration to Plano. The evening will be led by the Townview Big D Band and will feature live music, entertainment, and community gathering throughout the property. Legacy Hall, the popular food and entertainment venue in Plano, TX has added new cocktails and mocktails to the beverage menu just in time for the cooler season. With bars located on all three floors of the European-style food hall, guests can conveniently grab a libation for their next dinner or concert.
The food hall’s new drink menu showcases specialty crafted cocktails that are perfect to enjoy during fall game days and outdoor concerts at the Box Garden. “This season in particular is often spent celebrating with friends and family, so we wanted to create a diverse menu that offers something for everyone,” says Roy Perez, Bar Operation Manager.

Brisket Love BBQ will open its first location on Tuesday, March 10th in Legacy Hall, located at 7800 Windrose Ave. in Plano. The barbecue joint will open on the first floor of Legacy Hall across from Velvet Taco and offer top quality smoked meats and classic sides with a focus on sandwiches.
Brisket Love BBQ’s meats are smoked onsite in the Box Garden using Post Oak to develop a deeper, richer flavor profile and prominent smoke ring. Chef Chin’s Hibachi & Ramen will open its first location on February 18th in Legacy Hall, located at 7800 Windrose Ave. in Plano. The hibachi and ramen kitchen will offer a unique twist on both Japanese traditions, blending the best of both art forms to create a craveable dining destination in a fast-casual setting.
This will be the second concept for Chef Chin Liang who opened Hōru Sushi Kitchen at Legacy Hall in September 2019 to much success. Liang’s culinary beginnings were as a hibachi chef, before eventually transitioning to the world of ramen and ultimately landing a position as Executive Ramen Chef at Ajisen Ramen.
