The Trains at NorthPark Will Arrive as Scheduled on November 14
In a year that has challenged all, The Trains at NorthPark will still bring joy by the carload starting November 14, 2020, hauling holiday hope for families through January 3, 2021. Benefiting Ronald McDonald of Dallas (RMHD) and presented by Bank of Texas, The Trains is currently selling the keepsake personalized railcars that will run the 2020 season’s tracks. Helping conduct The Trains at NorthPark 2020 are Honorary Chair Sandy Phillips, a long-time RMHD volunteer, along with co-chairs Nicole Brewer and Natalie Lesikar.
Razoos Cajun Cafe, the French Quarter inspired restaurant known for its quirky atmosphere and scratch-made Cajun cuisine, is putting oysters back on the menu beginning October 19th.
Razzoo’s sources its oysters from Prestige Oyster’s Inc., a leading oyster supplier that operates a Marine Stewardship Council certified sustainable oyster fishery. The company provides market for over a hundred boats stretching from Texas and Louisiana up to Maryland.
The Stater Dallas will celebrate Halloween not once, but twice. The festivities start in the daytime for children and families, then switch to an adults-only sensibility when the sun goes down.
Guests of all ages can take part in an expanded expression of the usual door-to-door trick-or-treating from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at The Statler’s Scare Fare. You’ll check in and receive a trick-or-treat kit with a map of all the candy stations located throughout the hotel, which will include each of The Statler’s four restaurants and additional action stations in the hotel lobby. Each stop on your map will be offering a unique treat germane to the venue you’re visiting. The Garden Court “Graveyard” will feature Halloween games, a magician, a fortune teller, and you might even spot a zombie or two.

Café Momentum’s unique concept provides a 12-month paid internship program for young men and women coming out of juvenile facilities. The interns rotate through all aspects of the restaurant, learning culinary skills in addition to life and social skills to help them transition into the next phase of their lives.
