
“Radici” means “roots” in Italian, and the name reflects the restaurant’s deep connection to tradition, family, and culture. Following a successful debut in Farmers Branch last May, the team is excited to bring their unique take on Italian cuisine to a new community.
Chef Derry’s inspiration for Radici comes from her early days cooking in Italian kitchens, travels through Italy, and her passion for the country’s rich regional flavors. At the center of the menu: handmade pasta made fresh daily and dishes cooked over a wood-fired grill, all prepared in an open kitchen.
