Pearl to Open to the Public on September 14

Portillo’s Opens in Denton

Following a highly successful opening of its first two restaurants in the Dallas-Fort Worth market, Portillo’s – the fast-casual restaurant concept known for its menu of unrivaled Chicago-style street food – today announced plans to expand further in the Lone Star State with a new DFW restaurant.  

The new Portillo’s restaurant will be located in Denton at Rayzor Ranch Town Center, at the corner of Interstate 35 and University Drive. Designed with a Southwest garage theme, the 7,700 square-foot restaurant will feature seating for more than 170 guests inside as well as a seasonal outdoor patio with room for about 50 more guests. It will also feature the brand’s signature double drive-thru lanes to accommodate off-premise guests.

Dallas restaurant Al Biernat’s has been known for being “More Than a Great Steakhouse” for the past 25 years. One of the pillars that has led to this saying is their award-winning wine selection. The often-named best steakhouse has become well-established for having an exceptional wine list and pairings, thanks to its veteran sommeliers.

It’s a Great Day for Hutchins BBQ

For those of you with a hankering for BBQ we have a terrific spot in mind today. I am going to give you some insight into Hutchins BBQ, which you may or may not have thought about before.

Hutchins BBQ was started in 1978 and named for Roy Hutchins. Roy has three sons Trey, Tim, and Wes. They operate three locations, McKinney and Frisco. The sons run the day-to-day business. The locations have staff 24/7 that include the Pit Crews and or Wood Burners, who keep all the meats cooked to perfection. The Wood Burners use Post Oak and Pecan mixture.
