Rodeo Goat Opens in Denton

Rodeo Goat, a casual beer and burger ice house known for house-ground patties, cold beer, moonshine cocktails, good vibes and friendly folks is now open in Denton. Located in the former Catahoula Louisiana Kitchen on I-35, Rodeo Goat encompasses over 6,000 square feet of dine-in and patio area.

The menu features over 20 unique burger selections including namesake nods to local luminaries. Celebrities from Denton or UNT graduates include Don Henley (blue cheese slaw, caramelized onions, blue cheese crumbles and garlic-herb mayo), Norah Jones (candied jalapeños, smoked ham, pepper jack cheese, jalapeños, bacon, pico de gallo, and poblano dressing on a  jalapeño cheddar bun with avocado butter) and Larry McMurtry (Irish-whiskey cheddar, candied bacon, blackberry compote, shredded lettuce and whole-grain mustard). The Mean Joe Green is a cobb salad piled high with marinated steak, mixed greens, applewood smoked bacon, hardboiled egg, avocado, Roma tomato, chive goat cheese, crispy jalapeño croutons and avocado ranch dressing.

Rodeo Goat Opening in Frisco with a Special Grand Opening Event Oct 11

Good news for Frisco, there will soon be a new Rodeo Goat opening. You may have tasted the phenomenal burgers before, and they do not disappoint.

For their grand opening they are putting their best goat forward and raising funds for the National Breast Cancer Foundation. The cost of admission is a mere $25 and includes all the food and drink you can enjoy. You need to purchase tickets in advance for this fun and good cause.

Rodeo Goat Casa Linda Opens Today

Rodeo Goat Ice House – a casual beer and burger joint – is now open at the historic Casa Linda Plaza in East Dallas. This is the seventh location for the concept from restaurateurs Shannon Wynne, Keith Schlabs and Larry Richardson who debuted Rodeo Goat in Ft. Worth in 2012 followed by outposts in Dallas, Houston, Plano, The Harbor in Rockwall and The Sound at Cypress Waters.

Rodeo Goat Ice House serves fresh grass-fed beef burgers ground in-house daily from Texas beef raised at 44 Farms in Cameron, TX, as well as salads, sides and desserts.

Dallas Rodeo Goat Opens Today

Rodeo Goat Ice House, a casual beer and burger place from restaurateurs Shannon Wynne, Keith Schlabs and Larry Richardson, opens its second location tomorrow at 11 a.m. in the Dallas Design District at 1926 Market Center Blvd.

The first Rodeo Goat opened in Fort Worth in 2012 and features more than a dozen different burgers made from beef ground in-house daily. The Fort Worth restaurant won the honor of “Best Burger in DFW” in 2013 by the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.  Continue reading
