With spring in full swing our friends at Fearing’s Restaurant at The Ritz-Carlton, Dallas is dishing up a new delicious Sunday Brunch menu. We enjoy brunch but haven’t seen the traditional, old school brunch in quite some time. Delta Hotels by Marriott Dallas Southlake officially opened Nov. 27 – just in time to celebrate the holiday season. The eagerly anticipated hotel is at the intersection of State Highway 114 and White Chapel Boulevard in Southlake.
Celebrity chef and iconic restaurateur Dean Fearing collaborated on developing and designing the hotel’s signature Sky Creek Kitchen + Bar, which features an elevated Southwestern cuisine and exceptional craft beverages. This includes Fearing’s influences on restaurant menus, brunches, weddings and special events. Enam Chowdhury is Executive Chef and Director of Food and Beverage. Alongside Chowdhury is Chef de Cuisine Jose Soto, most recently the Sous Chef for Fearing’s Restaurant at The Ritz Carlton Dallas. Nick Bray is the Restaurant and Bar Manager.

Spend an evening with legendary chef hosts Wolfgang Puck, Dean Fearing, Robert Del Grande, Jacob Williamson, and Hiroyuki Fujino on Thursday, October 17th for a festive soiree celebrating the reunion of these longtime chefs and friends. Not long ago we ran into chef Jill Bates, the recently former pastry chef at Dean Fearings eponymous restaurant located in the beautiful Dallas Ritz-Carlton. We asked about her departure and she made it very clear the move was bitter-sweet, not too unlike the chocolate she uses with some of her marvelous pastries.
