Sanjh, an Elevated Restaurant Celebrating the Many Cuisines of India, to Open in Las Colinas Late 2023

Sanjh, an elevated restaurant paying homage to 3,500 years of rich historic Indian cuisines, will open in Las Colinas in late 2023. Sanjh is the product of two experienced hospitality and restaurant industry veterans, Sanjay Joshi and Prob Arora. Sanjh will be located at 5228 N O’Connor Blvd Suite 126, Irving, TX 75039.

Sanjay Joshi, a Dallas entrepreneur, will lead the restaurant group as CEO. With experience across several industries, both in hospitality and not, Joshi’s experience is vital in Sanjh and the future of the Tivona Group, the hospitality group behind Sanjh. Meanwhile, Sanjh’s vice president of sales and operations, Prob Arora, is no stranger to the Dallas culinary scene. Best known for his concept, The Saffron House, where he was a co-owner and general manager during the 14 years that it was open in Addison, the restaurant was lauded for its quality food and extraordinary service with a design to match.

Cantina Laredo Addison to host Espolon Tequila dinner on Aug. 19

Evoking the flavors of modern Mexico City cuisine, Cantina Laredo in Addison will host a special four-course Tequila Dinner featuring exclusive menu items on Saturday, Aug. 19. Guests will be treated to an Espolòn Tequila flight during the cocktail reception beginning at 7 p.m., and dinner will be served at 7:30 p.m.

Henry’s Majestic to Re-Open Fall 2023 in Former Chicken Scratch/Foundry Location

The much beloved Henry’s Majestic is pleased to announce their return to the Dallas dining scene in early Fall 2023. Owners Andrew Popp and his wife, Feliza Macias, have taken over the former home of Chicken Scratch/The Foundry located in West Dallas at 2303 Pittman Street at Fort Worth Avenue, Dallas, TX. 75208. When it comes to the menu and décor, expect a familiar but slightly revamped vibe.

Serving as General Manager/Chef de cuisine, Macias will revive the concept’s existing menu with a few new additions for brunch, lunch, dinner, and late night. The two-acre site will feature their industrial but contemporary design-style speckled with unique “found” items. Valet and ample self-parking will be available.

61 Osteria, the upscale Italian restaurant in Fort Worth is featuring seasonal, late summer lunch and brunch menu items.The restaurant comes from well-known Fort Worth restaurateur, Adam Jones and acclaimed Chef Blaine Staniford. The duo focuses on bringing traditional Italian food with a heavy focus on seasonality offering Texas ingredients with an Italian twist.
