- Smoked Heritage Berkshire Half Spiral Sliced Ham (7 lb.)

For those looking to skip the traditional holiday proteins, Al Biernat’s Butcher Shop features an exceptional selection of local meats, including Prime Rib, Filet Mignon, Chateaubriand, North Dakota Buffalo, and Chicken Breast. Seafood lovers can choose from Atlantic Salmon and Lobster Tail. All butcher shop items are sold uncooked and come with the Chef’s Special Marinade and preparation instructions.

Al Biernat’s Thanksgiving take-out menu offers an exclusive selection with limited quantities and designated pickup times throughout the day. Enjoy the convenience of curbside pickup—there’s no need to leave your car. Customers can choose between the Oak Lawn or North locations for ordering and pickup. Upon arrival, simply park in one of the free reserved spaces and let the staff know your name; they will bring your complete order directly to your vehicle. All orders must be placed by 6 p.m. on Monday, November 25, and picked up during the specified time slot on Wednesday, November 27. Turkeys and hams are likely to sell out quickly, so customers are encouraged to place their orders in advance to secure Al Biernat’s complete Thanksgiving menu. The takeout packaging includes reheating instructions, and managers will be available on Thanksgiving Day for any questions or reheating tips. Both restaurant locations are closed on Thanksgiving Day, November 28, and closed for lunch on Friday, November 29.
